Meet Our Staff

With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, Patrice (Patti) is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care that focuses on the whole person – not just the diagnosis. Patti's experience includes working as a medical assistant, massage therapist, registered nurse in progressive care, intensive care, perioperative care and ultimately as a nurse practitioner in family medicine/primary care. These experiences have given Patti a broad perspective on healthcare and a deep appreciation for the importance of listening to patients and understanding their individual needs.

Patti is especially passionate about preventive healthcare, women's health and men's health, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships with patients and helping them take an active role in their health. Patti believes great healthcare should be personalized, collaborative and centered around prevention whenever possible.

Outside of the office, family is at the heart of Patti's life. She has been married to her husband, Mark, for 25 years, and together they have three children and five grandchildren. They are also a family of animal lovers, sharing their home with a naughty blue heeler, Pluto, and two cats, Oliver and Princess Consuela Banana Hammock.

When not caring for patients, you'll likely find Patti enjoying a good romance or murder mystery, having a family game night, spending time with family or embracing her love for all things pink/sparkly! As is obvious from her cat's name above, she is also an avid Friends fan.

Patti is honored to care for the community she calls home and looks forward to building meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Mark brings decades of experience in sales, leadership and customer service to the practice. His career includes leadership roles in multiple car dealerships in the West Valley where he focused on developing teams, providing exceptional customer service and consistently meeting or exceeding goals.

Mark also specialized in Medicare sales, helping clients understand their options and find coverage that fits their individual needs. He is passionate about building relationships, educating clients and making processes simple and comfortable.

Outside of work, Mark's greatest passion is his family. He has been married to his wife, Patti, for 25 years and together they have three children and five grandchildren.

When he is not working, you can usually find Mark cheering on his beloved Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears, spending time with family or enjoying a round of golf. Whether he's helping a client, supporting his team or spending time with the people he loves, Mark brings the same values to everything he does: honesty, loyalty, hard work, and a commitment to people.

Hortensia (Tensi) has more than 20 years of experience in the medical field. She has had the opportunity to work as a medical assistant and a medical biller and coder. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for both the clinical and personal sides of healthcare and have strengthened her passion for helping others.

Tensi was born and raised in Arizona making her a rare native Arizonan. She is a proud wife and mother to three adult children and she feels incredibly fortunate to call the West Valley her home. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family, and creating new memories with the people she loves.

Family and community are very important to Tensi, and she believes everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, compassion, dignity and respect. She is excited to bring that same personal approach to Primary Plus Healthcare and to be a part of a community that she is proud to serve.

Justice is thrilled to serve as the Receptionist at Primary Plus Healthcare, bringing an enthusiastic spirit and a passion for helping others to the practice. Known for a natural ability to connect with people, Justice focuses on creating a warm, positive, and genuinely welcoming environment the moment patients walk through the door or call the office.

With a diverse background in customer service and childcare, Justice utilizes exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills to keep the front desk running smoothly. Currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, Justice is dedicated to lifelong professional growth and learning.

Outside of work, Justice loves spending quality time with family, friends, and a beloved crew of animals. Justice looks forward to growing within the role and ensuring each patient enjoys an outstanding experience from start to finish.
